Fungal α-amylase liquid is a highly active amylase preparation produced by fermentation of fungi (such as Aspergillus niger or Aspergillus oryzae), extracted and purified to make liquid form. It can efficiently catalyze the hydrolysis of α-1,4-glycosidic bonds in starch molecules to produce small molecular sugars such as maltose, glucose and oligosaccharides. The enzyme preparation has the characteristics of high activity, good stability and easy use, suitable for a variety of industrial applications.

Function:
