Umsebenzi:

I-Hydrolysis Esebenzayo Ye-Tannic Acid:i-hydrolyze i-tannic acid ibe yi-gallic acid, i-glucose ne-ellagic acid, yehlisa ukuqaqamba kwenhliziyo nokubaba kwe-tannin.

Ukusabela:I-Tannic acid + H₂O → I-Gallic acid + Glucose (noma i-ellagic acid).
